Admin Manager Position
Your administrative role will include managing parallel
processes relating to establishing new entities, communicating and coordinating with vendors, bank reps, and service provides.
Your bookkeeping responsibilities will include recording journal entries, monitoring engagement terms, recording invoices, ensuring timely payments to vendors, and supporting monthly and annual closing processes.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience
Highly proficient in English; exceptional written and oral communication
Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamic and energetic personality
Multi-tasking capabilities and meticulous attention to details
Advantages
Experience with ERP system
Additional languages with preference to German
