שעות עבודה: ראשון עד חמישי 09:00 – 17:00 (קצת גמיש)
תפקידים: הכנת ואריזת הזמנות למשלוח, תיאום איסוף מול חברות שליחויות, מסירה ואיסוף מהדואר, קבלת משלוחים נכנסים, שמירה על אזור האריזה מאורגן וכו'.
אין צורך בניסיון קודם, אך נכונות ללמוד - חובה!
דרישות
- יכולת פיזית להרים חבילות כבדות (עד 20 ק"ג)
- אנגלית ברמה גבוהה - קריאה והבנה חובה (אנגלית מדוברת יתרון)
- עברית מדוברת וכתב יד קריא
- מיומנויות מחשב בסיסיות, הן באנגלית והן בעברית
- דיוק ותשומת לב גבוהה לפרטים
- קליטה מהירה ויכולת למלא הוראות
- אחריות, ועמידה בזמנים, ויכולת לתעדף

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support call center and chat sales teams to improve performance
Analyze sales data, KPIs, and conversion metrics to drive decision-making
Develop and implement sales scripts and customer engagement strategies
Create and deliver ongoing training to enhance team effectiveness
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth and optimization
Collaborate with marketing and operations to align messaging and campaigns

Requirements:
Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written)
Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making
Experience managing remote or service-based sales teams (call/chat)
Proven ability to build training programs and sales processes
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Use of Zoho CRM

Manage high-volume engagement across social platforms (comments and DMs) using Zoho Social
Respond quickly, professionally, and clearly to customer inquiries
Build trust and confidence through thoughtful, informative communication
Navigate between management systems and native platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for personalized engagement
Qualify leads and guide relevant prospects toward booking in-store appoint

Requirements:
Proven experience managing high-volume social media engagement – required
Proficiency in Zoho Social .
Native-level Hebrew with excellent written communication skills (English a plus)
Strong organizational skills, self-discipline, and ability to work under pressure
Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership
Background or interest in beauty/fashion – an advantage
Note: This role does not involve direct sales. The focus is on engagement, trust-building, and appointment coordination.

Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and KPIs for management.
Translate raw data into clear insights, recommendations, and decisions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to inventory, sales velocity, and demand.

Must Have
Proven experience in data analysis, inventory management, or supply chain analytics, ideally in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into practical business decisions.
Hands-on experience with inventory planning, forecasting, and stock optimization.
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Experience working with BI tools and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
