לארגון טכנולוגי מוביל בתחום התחבורה דרוש/ה מנהל/ת למחלקת הדרכה, הטמעה והצלחת לקוח להובלת הצוות, שיפור תהליכי הליווי וההדרכה ללקוחות, והבטחת הצלחתם בשימוש במוצרינו.
• ניהול והובלת צוות מדריכים ומטמיעים.
• פיתוח תהליכי הדרכה והטמעה ללקוחות חדשים וקיימים.
• יצירת תכני הדרכה – מצגות, סרטונים, מדריכים כתובים וכו’.
• בקרה ושיפור חוויית הלקוח בתהליך ההטמעה.
• עבודה צמודה עם מחלקות הפיתוח, התמיכה והמכירות לשיפור חוויית המשתמש.
• ניתוח נתונים ומתן המלצות לשיפור תהליכים.
• הובלת תהליכי הכשרה לעובדים ולקוחות.
דרישות
ניסיון קודם בניהול צוותים- חובה
• יכולת פיתוח חומרי הדרכה, תכנון וביצוע תהליכי הדרכה לעובדים וללקוחות.
• אוריינטציה טכנולוגית גבוהה ויכולת למידה מהירה של מערכות תוכנה.
• יכולת עבודה מול ממשקים רבים ויחסי אנוש מעולים.
*משרה מלאה, ימים א'-ה' בשעות 08:20-17:00, עם גמישות קלה בשעות.
*המשרה ממוקמת בפארק התעשיה רחובות.

Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of hardware, software and network issues
דרישות
2–3 years of technical and managerial experience as a team leader
Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues
Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, networks and software
Experience in configuring and troubleshoot multiple OS environments (Windows, MacOS and Linux)
תיאור
Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Python, web frameworks, and other technologies as needed
Integrate software solutions with 3rd party APIs and systems using RESTful API design
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Troubleshoot and debug code as needed
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance as needed
Actively participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability
דרישות
4+ years of experience as a software developer
Strong experience with Python and web frameworks such as Django or Flask
Experience working with RabbitMQ, MongoDB, and other technologies as needed
Experience with REST API design and integration with 3rd party systems
Experience working in a remote and fast-paced startup environment
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience leading and mentoring other developers is a plus
