We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with a strong customer-oriented mindset. This role combines hands-on QA and technical support across Desktop, Web, and Mobile applications in the medical device domain.
You will perform manual testing, create and execute test plans and cases, develop test automation, investigate bugs in Azure DevOps/TFS, work with SQL databases, support customers remotely, and collaborate closely with R&D, product, and support teams.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in QA (manual testing required)
• Experience with test automation
• Strong SQL and database skills
• Experience with Client/Server systems
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps / TFS (or similar tools)
• Solid understanding of Windows, Android, and iOS
Nice to have:
• Experience in medical devices or regulated environments
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Customer-focused approach and team player
